Due to some recent experiences the salon process will be a little different. When you first enter the salon all guests will have a consultation to decide what services are required to achieve your desired look and decide on a total price. The quoted price given during the consultation will need to be paid in full by cash or card before any services are preformed. (Im sorry checks are no longer accepted.) There will be forms to fill out and sign to confirm all services. There will also be a credit card required to be put down in your file in order to make future appointments. A 24hour cancelation policy is also in place. If we are not informed 24 hours before your appointment that you need to cancel or reschedule or you do not show up to your appointment your card on file will be charged for your scheduled service. We also have the right to move your scheduled appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late while can also result in a charge of some or all of your services scheduled.
